Pepperoni & Mozzarella Panini
2 slices bread1 to 2 tablespoons pizza sauce, plus extra to serve¼ cup HORMEL® Pepperoni Original slices2 slices mozzarella cheese2 slices green bell pepper
Spread 1 slice bread with pizza sauce. Top with pepperoni slices, cheese and bell pepper. Top with remaining bread slice. Place in hot panini press or two-sided grill.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until bread is golden and filling is hot. Cut in half to serve. Serve with extra pizza sauce, if desired.
