Banana Bread Pudding

Banana Bread Pudding
1 loaf French bread
2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
4 Bananas, mashed
4 cups Milk
3 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Raisins
1 tsp freshly ground Nutmeg
1 tsp Cinnamon

Cut the loaf into small cubes, put cut-up cubes into a large bowl.
Pour the 4 cups of milk over the bread cubes and set aside for an hour.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

In a separate bowl mix the eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Pour mixture over the bread mixture then spread the mashed bananas and raisins on top. Pour the banana bread mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle the cinnamon and nutmeg on top.

Bake in a 325-degree oven for 1 hour. Let cool.
