3 C. cooked and chopped chicken
3 T. diced celery
3 T. diced onion
5 large strawberries, chopped
1/4 C. raisins
2 T. mayo
1/4 tsp. rice wine vinegar (I sometimes add a tad more)
pinch of dried basil (I used basil today, but tarragon is good too)
salt and pepper to taste
Stir to combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
