Gnudi Ricotta&Spinaci – Ricotta&Spinach Balls
100% Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cups-500 gr boiled spinach
2 cups-500 gr ricotta
4 eggs
1/2 cup-125 gr white flour
1/2 cup-125g Parmigiano Reggiano
black pepper
1 cup-250 gr tomato sauce
1 cup -250 gr diced asiago
Chop spinach then in a bowl mix spinach, ricotta, eggs, parmigiano, flour, nutmeg, salt and black pepper.
Make balls with the mixture then put them in a baking dish with parchment paper then garnish with tomato sauce and asiago.
Bake at 360 ° F / 180 ° C for 20 min.
