Biscotti Ricotta #Ricotta #Cookies
Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup – 250 g sugar
1 lb – 500 g Ricotta
1/2 cup – 125 g butter
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 cup – 800 g flour
4 tsp. baking powder
glaze
sugar sprinkles
Preparation
Mix butter, ricotta, eggs, baking powder and vanilla then add flour and knead then make balls and put on parchment paper and bake 200°C/400°F for 10 min.
Garnish with glaze and sugar sprinkles.
Serve.
