Oven Roasted Cabbage Wedges with Bacon (4 servings)

1 lb. head cabbage
my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper…combine and store in an airtight container)
4 slices thick cut bacon
1 T. butter, melted

Line a baking sheet with tinfoil and spray lightly with cooking spray. Take the cabbage and cut the bottom off then slice in half and cut the core out from the bottom. Slice each half again and place each wedge on the baking sheet. Season both sides with salt and house seasoning then wrap a piece of bacon around each wedge. Place in a 425 degree oven for 25 minutes. Remove and carefully turn the wedges over and then brush with the melted butter. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the bacon is nicely colored and cabbage has begun to crisp around the edges.
