Low Fat Ranch Dressing

Salad, complete meal:

2 cups romaine, tomatoes and cucumbers
4oz protein
1 cup grain
3 tablespoons ranch dressing

mix and enjoy

Ranch Dressing:

1 cup low-fat buttermilk
1 cup Dukes mayo
1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Tony Chachere’s original seasoning***
1 teaspoon Penzey’s dried onions
cayenne pepper – a few shakes

Mix well

***can be found in most grocery stores in the spice section

Serving size: 3 tablespoons (one is fat, two are condiments)
