Sandwich bread roll-up: the recipe for an original and delicious dinner!
6 slices of sandwich bread (no crust)
200 g fried eggplant with tomatoes
Line up 6 slices of sandwich bread letting the edges overlap slightly. Flatten them using a rolling pin. Fill with the ham, cheese, and eggplant. Zucchini is a great alternative to the eggplant. Now, roll it up in cling wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour. You can bake it at 180°C or cook it in a pan until golden brown.
