Steak Marinade

 

SERVINGS 3 UNITS US
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or 1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce
pepper

DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together and place steaks into freezer bag with marinade, preferably overnight.
The original recipe used balsamic vinegar.Seems I never had that on hand so I just used white and listed that in the recipe, but balsamic is definitely better.

Mock Chuck Steak Filet Mignon

Yummy!!! "Mock Filet Mignon" using Chuck Steak...1/2 cup soy sauce... 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce... 2 cups red wine... 1 Tbsp garlic powder... 1 Tbsp onion powder... 4 Tbsp meat tenderizer.:

Mock  Chuck Steak Filet Mignon

1/2 cup soy sauce…

1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce…

2 cups red wine…

1 Tbsp garlic powder…

1 Tbsp onion powder…

4 Tbsp meat tenderizer.

Combine all of the ingredients then marinade the beef chuck steak for one hour up to 24 hours. Watch the video below for the oven cooking instructions or grill the steak/s.

Shish Kabob Marinade

INGREDIENTS Nutrition

8 shish kabobs
UNITS
US
1⁄2 cup soy sauce
1⁄2 cup ketchup
1⁄2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic powder

DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together.
Add meat (chicken, pork, beef or venison) and vegetables (cut into bite size pieces) (I use green pepper, onion, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes).
Marintate in refrigerator for at least a couple hours.
Thread onto skewers and grill.
